Need a different size or variant?

  • Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery

  • Product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Applies to size changes only

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup and ship your replacement

Prefer to decide later?

  • Get amount back as store credit to your 51x49 Wallet

  • Amount credited is minus remittance and reverse shipping fee.

  • Return must be initiated within 2 days of delivery

  • Product must be returned in original condition and packaging

  • Processing time: 3–4 business days after receiving your return

💸 Refund to Bank/UPI

Want your money back?

  • Refunds are processed minus reverse shipping + remittance fees

  • Only eligible if:

    • Requested within 2 days of delivery & product is returned within 7 days. 

    • It’s in original, unused condition with original packaging

  • Refund is processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–4 business days

  • Sale and discounted items are NOT eligible for refund

  • Items purchased on sale or discount

  • Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged

  • Returns requested after 2 days

  • Products that are returned without the original box it was sent in.
  • Products that do not qualify our QC check parameters.
  • Requests based on subjective reasons. 

📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange

    Include:

    • Order number

    • The item you wish to return or exchange

    • A short note on your reason

  2. Our team will review and respond in 2–3 business days

  3. Once approved:

    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging

    • We’ll schedule a pickup from your address
